According to the instruction of Paris fashion standard,from the spring of 2018, All beauty pageant organizers must follow this rules  to get a valid license :
1- Owners with experience in international or national fashion competitions, they have the opportunity to register and receive official licenses from Paris Fashion Standard until the end of 2021.

2- From 1th January 2022, all fashion competitions at the national or international level without PFS license are invalid and will not be allowed to operate. If the contrary is observed, the organizers will be dealt with formally and legally and the contest will be prevented from continuing.

3. The owners of international fashion and beauty contests must guide the agents and national directors to obtain a license from the Paris fashion standard before issuing a license or renewing the annual license for them. Issuance or extension of the franchise after announcing the opinion of Paris Fashion Standard is unrestricted. 4- Volunteers and those who interested to hold beauty pageants in all countries can apply through the Paris fashion standard completing the application form. The representation will be granted after review and during the legal process.

5- from first January 2022, all national and international beauty pageant directors must have a valid and PFC certificate.
All beauty pageant national directors and international pageant directors have the opportunity until the end of 2021 to get a training course + PFS Certificate. this will help them to be updated with new roles and fashion digital transformation. Otherwise, they are not allowed to operate officially.

6- Due to the Paris fashion standard and the need for fundamental changes in the fashion industry in the age of digital transference, it was approved that from 2021, all national and international beauty contests be held with the invitation and presence of the Paris Standard Fashion Judge.
The voting process to identify the winner of the contest is done taking into account the PFS standards and the participants can participate in the contest with more confidence.
How to make this happen:
1- The beauty contest organizer must require the judges to obtain a refereeing license from PFS.  Judges License requiest. click here 
2- The organizer of beauty contests should write to invite the presence and supervision of the PFS representative in the contest process. of course the PFS has experienced and trained judges in all countries. for inviting the presence of the PFS representative in the competitions process, Click & fill up the representative invetion form.
